2 parts. One story.
Totals from the source activities. Strava may recalculate them after import.
What comes along?
The original timestamps, GPS route, elevation and available supported sensor data come along in the download. Missing movement is never invented.
Files are reconstructed from Strava data. Photos, kudos, comments, original laps, pool lengths, workout sets, measured power and device metadata are not transferred. Check the sport and visibility when importing a file yourself.
Every part, in its place.
Two activities. One timeline. The pause stays exactly where it belongs.
Out into the hills
08:15 · 13.53 km · 0:35:00 moving
A quiet climb into the Peaks, with a pause at the top.
Endpoints are 123 m apart. The gap stays in elapsed time; no connecting points are added.
The way home
08:52 · 12.98 km · 0:35:00 moving
Back through the valley and home in time for coffee.
Your title and story, together.
Both original titles are combined for you. The descriptions come along too. Try editing them, just as you can before uploading your own stitch to Strava.
Existing descriptions are combined in activity order, one per line. Edit, add to them, or leave this blank.
Ready for your own activities?
Connect Strava to stitch your own runs, rides, swims and more. Choose activities of the same sport and preview the join.
Privacy first. Only you see your previews in Stitch, and nothing uploads until you confirm. Your originals stay untouched.
Free to use, always.

How to combine
Strava activities into one
From separate activities to one continuous story, with you in control of every step.
- 01
Choose your activities
Connect Strava and select two to eight activities of the same sport. Runs, rides, swims, hikes, and indoor workouts are supported when Strava has recorded timestamps. We arrange them by start time.
- 02
Give the join a look
Review the route, the timing, and the gaps. Original times stay intact; missing movement is never invented.
- 03
Take it all with you
Download GPX for GPS recordings or FIT for activities without GPS. Confirm a Strava upload to keep the original sport type. If originals need removing, you do that separately in Strava.

A few things to know.
Learn how to merge Strava activities, what happens to pauses and sensor data, and how to handle duplicate uploads.
Read the guide to merging activitiesHow does Stitch protect my privacy?
Privacy comes first. Your activities and previews are visible only to your connected account in Stitch. Previews expire after 24 hours, and you can remove your connection and previews whenever you like.
We count interactions without activity data or identifiers that track you between visits. Uploads happen only after you confirm and use your Strava account’s default visibility. Read how we handle your data.
Does Stitch support all Strava activity types?
Yes. Stitch supports all Strava sport types, including runs, rides, swims, walks, hikes, e-bike rides, and indoor workouts.
Choose two to eight recorded activities of the same sport per stitch. Run and Trail Run, for example, are separate types. GPS is optional, but recorded timestamps are required. Manual entries and activities without a recorded timeline cannot be stitched.
Can I combine activities inside Strava?
Strava has no built-in merge feature. Stitch combines the data from your selected activities into a GPX or FIT file that you can download or upload after reviewing it.
Will Stitch delete my original activities?
No. Creating a preview leaves your Strava activities intact. If Strava rejects an upload as a duplicate, you decide whether to remove originals yourself after downloading a backup.
Can I join activities with a pause between them?
Yes. Stitch preserves the original timestamps and leaves gaps unconnected. Overlapping activities are rejected, and missing movement is never invented.
Is it free?
Yes. Previewing, downloading, and uploading through Stitch are all free to use, always. Try the illustrative example without connecting your account.
